I FEEL THE NEED TO CLARIFY: the reason Saint Louis doesn’t look so nice is because North City (in the Saint Louis city limits) has the most crime compared to any other area in the city. Anyone that lives or has been to Saint Louis is well aware of this. And it kind of sucks that our city’s reputation is tainted because of a small (approx 9 square miles) portion of our city.
